How to make a cannabis infusion

The active ingredients of this plant are not soluble in water, so it is necessary to use a liquid containing fat, such as whole milk, to extract the cannabinoids more easily. In this article, we present a homemade recipe for making a cannabis infusion with whole milk.


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries (you can use a mixture of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or yogurt of your choice
  • 1/2 cup of cannabis milk (you can use cow’s milk, almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener (optional, adjust amount to your preference)
  • Ice cubes (optional, especially if you prefer a thicker, colder consistency)


  • Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. If you are using a mixer, make them smaller than if you were using a blender.
