According to Forbes, the San Francisco 49ers wide receiver was first introduced to the tart cherry juice as a college athlete at the University of South Carolina. During his time there, he would drink two servings on Mondays and Tuesdays after playing football games over the weekend. Continuing his habit of consuming the juice, he has taken his appreciation of the beverage to the next level by investing in the company.
“For me it was the perfect fit because of how it helps with recovery and how fast I need to be available,” Samuel explained. “I’m kind of a guy who takes a lot of beatings on Sundays, so I had to find something that actually works, keeps my body going, and keeps me up to par. It’s definitely part of my routine.”
