Since its inception in 2015, the Philadelphia-based company founded by Forbes 30 Under 30 recipients, Will Toms and Dave Silver, has paid roughly $2 million to its members through the creative agency. REC continues to bridge the gap between brands and independent creatives through its “creator-first” approach that serves as a refresher to the current entertainment industry models that are in place.
