Lowe’s Launches New Program To Help Employees Become Debt-Free

Lowe’s will partner with Guild to provide more than 50 academic programs at 23 universities in the Guild Learning Marketplace which also include Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)  as well as Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs).

The programs will be completely free of charge and were carefully curated to help employees reach new heights in their current positions while also looking ahead to the next level within the company.

“With the persistent war for talent, it’s more critical than ever to invest in employees,” said Rachel Carlson, Guild’s CEO and co-founder. “By offering debt-free education and upskilling, Lowe’s is expanding their long-term strategic commitment to providing career pathways, skills and support that every worker needs to open doors to their dreams.”
