Recall for At-Home Rapid Covid Test Kits

A company that makes coronavirus tests for individuals to take at home has just recalled almost 200,000 test kits. The Australian company Ellume said that about 10,500 people received false positives since mid-September. Negative results from the recalled test kits are still considered accurate. Since Ellume uses an app to notify its consumers of test results, the app will now flag the affected batch and explain to the consumer that the test has been recalled.
