Babies and Toddlers Get COVID-19 Shots
The CDC has approved Pfizer’s and Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccines for America’s youngest citizens. Children as young as six months will now be eligible for the vaccine. The committee of vaccine experts voted unanimously in favor of the recommendation. The federal government has made 10 million doses for babies and children available across the country. Pfizer’s drug must be administered in three different doses, and Moderna’s is administered in two.
