As several of President Donald Trump’s efforts to shrink and reshape the federal government are being blocked in the courts, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Roberts released a rare statement rebuking the president’s call for federal Judge James Boasberg to be impeached after ruling against his administration over deportation.
