Dual Autographed LeBron James And Kobe Bryant Card Sells For $1.2M On Goldin Auctions

NBA legends are continuing to light up the auction house.
As AFROTECH™ previously told you, a 1/1 autographed Stephen Curry Topps Now card sold for $518,500. The card depicts Curry signaling “night night” after making a closing
3-pointer, which went viral during the 2024 Olympic victory against France in Paris, France. What’s more, the card became Topps Now’s most expensive card sold.
It seems Curry isn’t the only NBA superstar making waves in the collectibles world. The late Kobe Bryant — a Los Angeles Lakers legend with five championship rings — and current Lakers star LeBron James, who has claimed four titles, are lighting up Goldin Auctions. Sports Illustrated reports that a 2009 Upper Deck Exquisite Dual Logoman autographed card had been up for sale and sold for an impressive amount.
“The Dual NBA Logo Autographed Patches collectibles are one of the most coveted insert sets from the iconic Upper Deck Exquisite Collection productions,” a description on the card’s landing page read. “Bryant’s presence alone on this card makes it a true treasure of the basketball collecting speciality, and when paired with the NBA’s all-time leading scorer in James, makes this one of the most significant cards of the 21st Century. Following Bryant’s presence in the first and second autographed Logoman sets ever distributed, the highest tier of hardwood card collecting has come to be defined by the ‘Logoman.’ Here’s a Logoman collectible of the highest echelon, a stunning, singular Logoman patch autograph artifact celebrating a beloved Hall of Famer and his future Springfield compatriot. This card resides at the very pinnacle of the basketball world, and its appearance on the auction block is a potentially once-in-a-lifetime event.”
Bidding closed on Saturday, June, 14, 2025, at 9:52 p.m. The outcome was 11 bids and a sale that amounted to $1,161,440, including the buyer’s premium fee.
This isn’t the first time a James and Bryant card sold at auction. In fact, a 2006 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection card featuring the pair with another NBA GOAT, Michael Jordan, sold for $1.68 million in 2022. One year later, a dual James/Bryant autographed card from the 2004-2005 release sold for $840,000.
