Five FaZe Clan Members Just Left — Now What’s Next For The Brand? – AfroTech

FaZe Clan, the professional esports and entertainment brand, is officially without five of its core members, leaving fans closely watching what’s next for the Twitch streamers.

On Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025, Stable Ronaldo, Jason “Jasontheween,” Nick “Lacy,” Jerry “Silky,” and Alexander “Adapt” each announced their departure from the Los Angeles–based organization on X, according to The Times of India.

The news came after days of fan speculation, with the creators noticeably absent from recent FaZe content.

Among the group, Adapt shared the most detailed statement.

“Left @FaZeClan 14 Years. Over half of my life, I’d be lying if I said this didn’t hurt, but it had to be done. Thank you to everyone who’s been apart of this journey, the best is yet to come,” Adapt posted.

Former FaZe Clan CEO Richard “Banks” addressed the situation, stating that he had no involvement in the recent events. He expressed sadness over the departures while wishing everyone involved the best.

“I have nothing to do with what’s going at FaZe Clan right now. I left 4 months ago and have moved on with my life. Unfortunate to see, wishing everyone involved the best. If there’s anything I can do to help, I’m here. Nobody loves FaZe more than me,” Banks wrote on X.

Currently, only Kaysan and Josh “YourRAGE” remain affiliated with FaZe Clan on Twitch, per The Times of India.

What Is FaZe Clan?

Founded in 2010, FaZe Clan is a major global esports and entertainment organization best known for its professional gaming teams, popular content creators, and massive social media presence.

The company’s board of directors previously included rapper Snoop Dogg, who stepped away from the role in April 2023, AFROTECH™ previously reported.

Snoop Dogg first hinted at his involvement with FaZe Clan during the 2022 Super Bowl Halftime Show, sporting a gold chain with the company’s logo. He confirmed the partnership shortly after on social media.

“It only makes sense to partner with FaZe Clan as both a team member and on the Board of Directors,” Snoop Dogg said at the time. “The youth identifies with their brand and that’s something my son Cordell knew, which is why he brought us together.”

After joining the board, Snoop Dogg received 320,000 restricted shares — worth $3.9 million at the time, AFROTECH™ noted. By summer 2022, his stake in FaZe Clan was valued at $7.4 million.

FaZe Clan projected $91 million in sales for 2022. However, management issues and revenue shortfalls led to executive resignations, and the company failed to meet the projections it set for investors during its public offering.
