How Coco Gauff Maintains Her $35M Net Worth While Building A Business Legacy Beyond Tennis

At age 21, Coco Gauff has already secured two Grand Slam titles at the U.S. Open in addition to her business ventures.

Coco Gauff’s Tennis Career

Gauff captured global attention as a teenager when she defeated Venus Williams at Wimbledon in 2019. In 2023, she won her first Grand Slam at the U.S. Open, per AP News. As AFROTECH™ previously reported, in June 2025, she added a second major title at the French Open, defeating world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka in a three-set match.

Recently, Gauff has fought through challenges, such as an inconsistent serve, by bringing biomechanics expert Gavin MacMillan onto her team, as reported by AP News.

Reflecting on her French Open victory, Gauff acknowledged the doubts she had once wrestled with in an Instagram post this June: “I thought I could never overcome the pressure, I thought holding this trophy would never happen. I thought my dreams were so close to happening, but would never come true. So to be here….means absolutely everything.”

Beyond Tennis

In an interview with Vogue, Gauff credited faith and prayer as sources of strength during pivotal matches. “There are times where I feel desperate and just need something or someone to call on. It has been something that helps me,” she explained, underscoring how spirituality steadies her in high-stakes moments.

Gauff often reminds herself that tennis, while important, does not define the entire world. “When I woke up after winning the US Open, I was in New York City still. The people in the streets were still moving, the world was still turning. I was like, ‘Okay—even though it obviously means the world to win these tournaments, life will continue whether I do or don’t.’” she reflected on in the Vogue interview.

Coco Gauff Net Worth

Gauff’s success has translated into financial rewards. AFROTECH™ reported that she was the highest-paid female athlete in the world for two consecutive years, earning $30.4 million in 2024 from prize money and endorsements with brands such as Rolex, Wheaties Cereal, Bose, and Carol’s Daughter.

Her career earnings now total $24.3 million in prize money, and Coco Gauff’s net worth is estimated at $35 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Business Ventures And Investments

Beyond tennis, Gauff has pursued business ventures. In 2024, the 21-year-old launched Coco Gauff Enterprises, her own management agency backed by William Morris Endeavor (WME). In an Instagram post, Gauff described it as a platform for making an impact in “business, philanthropy, and beyond”.

In January, she became an investor in Unrivaled, a women’s basketball league co-founded by WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart. According to AFROTECH™, the league has secured $35 million in funding since its founding. Gauff’s involvement underscores her commitment to advancing women’s sports.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Unrivaled as an investor,” she said in a news release shared with AFROTECH™.

“Basketball is one of my favorite sports, and the chance to support a league that’s redefining the game is exciting. I look forward to being part of this movement and continuing to help elevate women’s sports to new heights,” Gauff added.
