Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good Share Wedding Photos and Family Plans

Actor Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good appeared on “The Tamron Hall Show” Thursday to share never-before-seen photos from their wedding and discuss how their relationship developed during a challenging period in Majors’ life.

Wedding Details and Photos

The couple revealed intimate photos from their March 2025 wedding ceremony, which was officiated by Majors’ mother, Terri Anderson-Watson, who serves as both a pastor and licensed therapist. Good wore a cream lace gown with spaghetti straps and a short netted white veil, while Majors dressed in a white button-down shirt with cream pants and a silver watch.

The wedding photos showed the couple exchanging vows, sharing a kiss at the altar, and taking selfies with their mothers. Anderson-Watson explained that she required the couple to undergo counseling before obtaining their marriage license and discussed their commitment to faith, their relationship, and future plans including the possibility of children.

Relationship Timeline and Legal Context

Majors, 35, and Good, 43, began dating in May 2023, shortly after Majors was arrested on charges of assaulting his former girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, in a New York taxi cab. The couple announced their engagement in November 2024 at the Ebony Power 100 Gala and married four months later.

In December 2023, Majors was found guilty of misdemeanor assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree. He was sentenced to participate in a one-year domestic violence treatment program but received no jail time. The conviction led to Marvel dropping him from future projects, including his planned role as Kang the Conqueror.

Good’s Support During Legal Proceedings

Good was frequently seen supporting Majors during his court appearances throughout 2023. Anderson-Watson recalled the moment she knew the couple was ready for marriage: “She came as his friend and handed me anointing oil as I prayed for him, and then took this man as a friend in her arms and held his head in her hands, and cried and prayed with him.”

During the Tamron Hall appearance, Good explained how the trial period strengthened their relationship: “We actively choose to spend this time healing, we actively choose to go to therapy, we actively choose to confide in each other and have real conversations that, regardless if we end up together or not, will be life-changing conversations. Ultimately in that became love.”

Personal Growth and Career Impact

Majors acknowledged how Good helped him overcome his tendency toward isolation during the difficult period: “A part of my heart and a part of my spirit is attracted and is being called to this other person,” he said on the show.

In previous interviews, Majors discussed how his legal troubles and relationship with Good led to personal growth: “There is a need to have support and help, and you have to help and support yourself – your full self, not just your mind, not just your body, not just your heart. Everything has to be supported to be made whole.”

Good has acknowledged the professional costs of their relationship, previously stating that she “lost jobs and got uninvited to stuff” because of their association. However, she defended her choice to support Majors: “People tend to move out of the way out of concern for their careers or their reputations. To me, that’s not real love. If you know someone and if you believe in someone, it’s not conditional.”

Career Developments

The wedding news comes as Majors returns to the big screen with “Magazine Dreams,” a drama that Disney shelved in October 2023 due to his legal troubles. The film, which premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival, was recently acquired for distribution and marks Majors’ first major release since his conviction.

Recent reports have continued to examine Majors’ past behavior, including a Rolling Stone story that published audio recordings allegedly featuring Majors discussing his treatment of Jabbari. These developments have continued to overshadow his attempts at career rehabilitation.

Previous Marriages and Family

This marks the first marriage for Majors, who has an 11-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. Good was previously married to motivational speaker and producer DeVon Franklin for nine years before their divorce in December 2021.

The couple has been open about their faith-based approach to their relationship and their commitment to therapy and personal growth. Anderson-Watson emphasized during the show that as a pastor, she needed to ensure their marriage vows were “for real, deep, and lasting” before agreeing to officiate.

Public Reception and Future Plans

The couple recently celebrated Good’s birthday with an extended family trip to Cartagena, Colombia, which she documented on social media. They have spoken about their plans for the future while acknowledging the ongoing challenges related to Majors’ legal history and its impact on both their careers.

Their relationship continues to generate public interest given the circumstances under which it began and developed, with both actors emphasizing their commitment to personal growth and healing through therapy and faith-based practices.
