Kai Cenat Surprises A Mother With A Home And Car During Mafiathon 3 Stream After She Faced A 45-Day Eviction Notice
Popular streamer Kai Cenat is paying it forward.

As AFROTECH™ previously reported, Cenat is in the midst of Mafiathon 3, a 30-day, 24/7 Twitch stream that donates a portion of its proceeds to build a school near Lagos, Nigeria. Cenat also set a target of hitting 1 million Twitch subscriptions, and he is more than halfway there.
Mafiathon 3, which started on Sept. 1, has had various special moments, attracting guests such as Kim Kardashian, the Jonas Brothers, Keke Palmer, John Legend, Ice Cube, Mariah Carey, and more.
Surprising A Mother And Son With A Home And Car
A standout moment for Cenat took place on Sept. 21. Alongside content creator MDMotivator, he surprised a mother and her son with a fully furnished home after they faced a 45-day eviction notice.
“You stepped up and you stepped out, and you didn’t let nothing hold you back and you continue to do God’s work,” Karetta, the mother, told Cenat on stream.
Shortly before being surprised with the new home, Karetta was given a van, which State Farm will fully insure for a year, MDMotivator explained on the stream. Karetta, through her own business, drives women and their kids — using her own vehicle — to see their loved ones in prison. Her new car will help her continue to grow her business.
“I had a loved one in prison, and we couldn’t see each other for about seven months. So I decided, ‘Hey, let me help somebody else get to their destination to see their loved one,’” Karetta recalled on the stream.
Her son, Ruben, was also gifted a PC.
“When you give back, it keeps you grounded… It reminds you of like how grateful people are for the little things and big things,” Cenat expressed during the stream.
“Sometimes being at a certain level you tend to like lose touch a little bit of like certain things, ’cause of being so blessed, but like when you do give back it’s like ‘D-mn you really should be grateful.’ I’m grateful today. This is the best start to a day that we’ve had this whole month,” he continued.
