Kayla Rowe turned pain into a business empire that is helping countless women and raking in major revenue.

Rowe is a with a degree in public health, which she obtained in 2015, according to information on her LinkedIn. Her mother also planted the seed for her interest in health as a certified nursing assistant, Ebony reports.

However, the catalyst for Rowe becoming a founder came after experiencing a miscarriage when she was five months pregnant in 2021.

“That was very hard for me,” she told Ebony. “After that happened, I became more aware of everything, what I was eating, putting on my body, [and] I just became more cognizant and aware of health.”

Her Fantasy Box

A year later, Rowe launched Her Fantasy Box, a plant-based feminine hygiene and wellness brand.

With a focus on transparency, safety, and women’s wellness, Rowe shared that it was important for ingredients to be nontoxic and not include parabens, phthalates, and other harmful chemicals that can negatively affect a woman’s reproductive system and general health.

Products offered include Healthy Box Probiotics, Everywhere Deodorant, Boric Acid Vaginal Wash, Vita C Bright — Turmeric Body Wash, and Body Splash — Skin Smoothing Body Oil, which received rave reviews from “Am I The Drama?” artist Cardi B.

“This oil got my skin feeling so soft,” singer Cardi B said in a post shared by Her Fantasy Box on Instagram.

Rowe explained to Ebony, “Women’s care doesn’t just stop at the vagina. We’re creating a full self-care ecosystem.”

The Brand’s Success

Her Fantasy Box’s reach and success has been aided by TikTok, where it is the top feminine hygiene and wellness brand, according to a news release. The brand has collected a loyal following of 388,100 users and garnered 9.3 million likes (at the time of this writing.)

As of Oct. 31, it has earned more than $19.9 million on TikTok Shop, per the release.

“Information travels so fast, especially TikTok,” Rowe told Ebony. “There’s a lot that just goes into formulating a product. You don’t just whip something together and then serve it to people; every ingredient is intentional.”

In total, the brand has crossed $100 million in total sales, according to the press release.
