Marsai Martin Sets Out To Help 10,000 Young Women Build Wealth Over The Next 3 Years

Actress and trailblazing producer Marsai Martin is taking her commitment to youth empowerment to the next level.
Through her nonprofit, Marsai’s Way Foundation, the young mogul has partnered with Seeds of Fortune Inc. to reach 10,000 young women over the next three years with financial education, mentorship, and access to wealth-building resources, according to a press release.
The partnership officially kicked off June 6 at the Seed Forum: Women of Color Creating Wealth Summit, an event designed to offer young women a rare opportunity to connect with financial leaders and gain insight into how they can grow into economic powerhouses of their own.
“At Seeds of Fortune, we believe education is the foundation of economic equity,” Nitiya Walker, founder and executive director of Seeds of Fortune Inc., said in a statement. “Our partnership with Marsai’s Way Foundation allows us to scale this mission and deliver financial literacy, mentorship, and career access to thousands of young women who deserve to build wealth and opportunity for themselves and their communities.”
Seeds of Fortune Inc., a scholarship and financial empowerment platform focused on helping young women of color get into college, grow professionally, and build generational wealth, will be able to expand its impact even further through this initiative.
The collaboration will also span a variety of impactful experiences, from ongoing mentorship programs to exclusive events like the Marsai’s Way Foundation Annual BBQ: Sai Summer Cookout at the end of August, which Martin announced via Seeds of Fortune Inc.’s YouTube channel.
“This partnership is about more than just finances—it’s about creating freedom,” Martin stated in the press release. “I want girls who look like me to know they can own their futures, build wealth, and become leaders in every room they walk into.”
This latest venture with Seeds of Fortune Inc. builds on Martin’s passion for financial education with initiatives such as “Money With Marsai Martin,” a digital series designed to make financial literacy accessible and engaging for Gen Z, as AFROTECH™ previously reported.
