It’s the most wonderful time of the year for a deal, now that the whole month of November is basically Black Friday. After years of covering the shopping holiday as the Strategist’s fashion writer, I can say that this year’s early Black Friday fashion deals are great. For example, Everlane’s is already its Black Friday sale (up to 50 percent off), while this year’s Lands’ End deal is the same as last year’s, with 50 percent off sitewide. From Banana Republic Factory to Outdoor Voices, it really seems that just about every retailer is having a sale of some kind now. Here, I rounded up every single early fashion deal worth shopping. Take it from a former Anthropologie employee: Getting an extra 40 percent off sale items doesn’t happen every day (this is the same percentage that was offered at last year’s Black Friday sale). Surprisingly, some pairs of Colettes, a favorite of Anthropologie employees, are marked down (something that doesn’t happen often, either).
During Aritzia’s Warm Up Sale, get 20 to 50 percent off select styles (though the deepest discounts are on outerwear).
Banana Republic doesn’t have an early Black Friday sale yet, but its outlet store, Banana Republic Factory, does: 60 percent off everything, with an additional 20 percent off at checkout. If you only buy one thing, let it be a pair of Haydens (a Strategist reader-favorite work pants). I can’t remember the last time they were $29. Ban.do email subscribers get early access to its Black Friday sale: 35 percent off sitewide with code ITSHERE. But the bigger deal might be all the Le Bon Shoppe that’s marked down 25 percent.
Catbird’s biggest sale of the year is here, with 20 percent off nearly everything. Anything fine and shiny would make a great gift, whether it’s the tiniest alphabet charm in diamonds or an engraved signet ring.
Everlane’s early Black Friday sale is its Black Friday sale: up to 50 percent off everything. Welcome to the Gapnaissance, which might be even more welcome now with 40 to 60 percent sitewide. There are specific limited-time deals, including almost half-off CashSoft and 20 percent off the matching separates for a sweatsuit moms love.
Everything at Hill House Home, home of the Nap Dress, is 25 percent off with the code EVERYTHING25.
Before Black Friday, J.Crew has a lot of sales happening, including on select full-price styles (a lot are at least 40 percent off, with prices already marked), 40 percent off most pajamas, and up to an extra 50 percent sale styles (phew!) — plus, you can use code EXTRA for an additional 15 percent off your purchase at checkout.
Our contributor Erika Veurink made the case for shopping at Lands’ End: “It feels cool to wear something that’s impossible to identify.” Or on sale (more often than not, it’s version of the Boat and Tote will be marked down). This Lands’ End sale is as good as it gets: 50 percent off sitewide.

Select jeans, like the Longline Straight, are also marked at just $50 (or, over 60 percent off, if you’re doing the math). Unfortunately, Madewell’s collaboration with Alexa Chung is excluded from all discounts.
Not only is Margaux offering 20 percent off sitewide for Black Friday, Margaux’s collaboration with Alex Mill is included in the promotion.

For only day only, there’s Quince’s early Black Friday sale. “Although we always say that good deals translate to at least 20 percent off, Quince’s DTC inventory is already very reasonably priced and almost never on sale, so you’ll find some smaller discounts in the 10 percent to 15 percent range,” says our writer Brenley Goertzen.
