This Former College Athlete Has Launched An AI-Powered App For High School-Athletes To Connect With College Coaches In Minutes

Former college athlete Santia Deck has created a platform she wishes were available while in high school.
Deck has launched an all-in-one recruiting and NIL application for overlooked high school athletes, according to Winning Her Way, the sports-focused media company she founded.
Recalling her high school days, it was difficult to connect with track college coaches in Texas, she mentioned on the platform. Without a clear blueprint, countless hours were spent sending highlight reels to coaches, just hoping for a response.
“When I was a high school athlete, I wanted it so badly. To run track at a college in Texas. To get seen. To get a shot,” she said.
Now, Deck has launched Winning Your Way Recruiter. The app will make it easier for college athletes to not only connect with college coaches, but also capitalize on their names, images or likeness (NIL), something that was non-existent during her time playing college sports.
The app is available for $15 per month, and high school athletes will be able to connect with hundreds of college coaches in minutes, as well as track which coaches have opened their emails and reviewed their highlight reel.
What’s more, AI has been integrated into the app to ensure athletes can send more streamlined, personalized messages to coaches.
The application will also be helpful to athletes from non-traditional sports, such as flag football, equestrian, and beach volleyball.
“Coaches, parents, come here. Every year, millions of athletes chase the dream of being recruited, and, unfortunately, only 7% ever make it to college sports,” Deck said in an Instagram video.
She added, “I’ve seen talented athletes get overlooked because they didn’t have the tools. I’ve watched parents get overwhelmed by the recruiting process. I’ve seen athletes lose eligibility or deals because they did not understand the NIL rules. So I built the first all in one recruiting plus NIL app for overlooked athletes.”
The app will also provide information on how to secure NIL deals, protect their money, and build a NIL brand with a solid foundation, she said on Instagram.
