Tyler Perry’s ‘Beauty in Black’ promises a ‘wild’ Season 2
Tyler Perry’s “Beauty in Black” stars spoke to USA TODAY about Season 2, teasing tensions in Part 1 and Part 2.
Netflix has announced a release date for the new season of Tyler Perry’s “Beauty in Black,” meaning that more Bellaire business and drama is coming at the top of 2026.
The power struggle continues as the series heads to Season 2, Part 2. In an interview with USA TODAY, stars Taylor Polidore Williams and Crystle Stewart teased more action after the first batch of episodes, in which the characters get revenge and tie up loose ends.
However, the viewers saw trouble looming for everyone by the finale of Season 2, Part 1.
“Part 2 is going to be such a wild ride – this roller coaster that never ends. You’re going to see more of Mallory and Kimmie coming together head to head, which I think people are waiting for,” Stewart said.

When does Tyler Perry’s ‘Beauty in Black’ Season 2, Part 2 premiere?
Season 2, Part 2 will debut on Netflix on March 19, 2026. The new installment will have eight episodes.
According to Netflix, the show was also renewed for a third and final season.
What will Season 2, Part 2 be about?
In Season 2 Part 1, Kimmie shed her old life as a sex worker and claimed her spot as the new COO of Beauty in Black.
In Part 2, the “reckoning” continues as Kimmie “becomes an unstoppable force and is now the one calling the shots after inheriting sole ownership of the family business,” Netflix stated in a press release.
