1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup wild blueberries
¾ cup rice milk
¾ cup crushed ice
1 tbsp flaxseed, freshly ground

Directions:

12 cherries, stoned
1 cup cranberry juice
5 ice cubes

1 cup filtered water
1 cup cranberries
1 banana
½ cup ice

Directions:

Blend ingredients, slowly increasing speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
