Search warrant of Colorado City business uncovers CSAM on owner’s hard drive

COLORADO CITY, Arizona (ABC4) — A business owner was arrested after detectives uncovered child sexual abuse material on a hard drive.
Jerry Colvin Black, 50, of Hilldale, Utah, was arrested by detectives with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
The arrest came after detectives executed a search warrant of a business on North Pioneer Street in Colorado City, Arizona. The search uncovered thousands of photos and videos of CSAM located on an external hard drive.

Public records show Black is affiliated with multiple business located on Pioneer Street.
According to police, a second search warrant was served at Black’s residence in Hilldale where more evidence was taken and processed. Detectives were assisted by the Colorado City Marshall’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations.

Black was booked in the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility in Kingman, Arizona. The investigation is ongoing, and officers say additional charges are pending.
