AMP, The Streaming Group That Includes Kai Cenat, Fanum, ImDavisss, And More, Purchases Neighborhood – AfroTech

AMP is proof that if you want to go fast, go alone, and if you want to go far, go together.

Who Is AMP?

The streaming collective, which stands for “Any Means Possible,” comprises ImDavisss, Fanum, Agent00, Duke Dennis, Kai Cenat, and ChrisNxtDoor, as previously reported by AFROTECH™. The members were all creating content separately on “NBA2K” before deciding to team up to create different content. Cenat was the last member to join the collective.

The group has 8.16 million subscribers on YouTube alone at the time of this writing.

“It’s a little bit harder to segue and change lanes when you’ve been doing it for five, six years by yourself,” ImDavisss told AFROTECH™ in a 2024 interview. “So we wanted to do it as a unit. And then as that happened, I recommended Chris(ChrisNxtDoor) to be the editor, Fanum recommended Kai as a sixth member after a few videos. And that’s kind of where we landed.”

Where Do They Live?

In 2022, real estate was purchased in Marietta, GA, which served as AMP’s home base. The group has their own rooms with their respective gaming and streaming setups. They temporarily lived in a Tribeca penthouse, then a $17 million sponsored townhome in New York, among other places, Mansions Radar reports.

Georgia remains the group’s central location.

The Hill

What’s more, AMP has expanded its footprint by purchasing an entire neighborhood in Georgia, nicknamed “The Hill.” There are reportedly six homes near each other, with AMP’s home at the top of the hill, Fanum said in a TikTok video.

“We work hard,” Fanum said on Twitch.

Additionally, the neighborhood includes a home for the “Clover” Boyz. The group includes the following members who are Cenat’s longtime friends and friends of the collective: Dezz, Ray, Punga, Reggie, Rakai, Tota, and Tylil, according to YouTube.

Both AMP and the Clover Boyz are building a legacy that extends beyond content, with the move reflecting a broader investment in ownership and generational wealth.
