Caribbean Cannabis & Tourism Summit 2026 Heads to Negril, Jamaica

Agenda Preview
Full programming, speaker applications, sponsorship details, and ticketing will be announced on the dedicated summit website. The current preview agenda is being built around several core tracks.
Cannabis Tourism & Hospitality
This track will explore how hotels, resorts, herb houses, tour operators, wellness retreats, cultural entrepreneurs, and destination partners can build responsible, visitor-ready cannabis experiences.
Topics may include hotel partnerships, visitor education, destination packaging, experience design, compliance, cultural authenticity, and the future of cannabis tourism in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
Policy, Regulation & Market Access
A serious cannabis tourism sector requires more than branding. It requires clear rules, public-private coordination, regulatory pathways, compliance frameworks, and market access.
This track will examine licensing, visitor access, research, medical cannabis, CBD, regulatory coordination, and the policy environment needed to support a legitimate regional market.
Wellness, Mobility & Cannabinoid Education
Cannabis wellness is one of the clearest bridges between tourism, health, consumer education, and regulated product development.
This track will explore cannabinoids, pain management, emotional wellness, movement, mobility, CBD education, retreat design, recovery, and the role of wellness programming in cannabis tourism.
Farmers, Legacy Operators & Community Inclusion
The people and communities that carried the culture must be part of the market being built from it.
CCTS will include conversations on farmer inclusion, legacy-to-legal pathways, rural development, community tourism, Westmoreland’s cannabis history, and how the benefits of cannabis tourism can reach beyond hotels and conference rooms.
Investment, Media & Market Building
CCTS will also explore how cannabis tourism becomes investable through media, storytelling, distribution, partnerships, real estate, hospitality models, retail opportunities, and deal flow.
Ganjactivist.com Magazine and the wider Ganjactivist.com platform will play a key role in extending the summit beyond the event itself through editorial coverage, sponsor visibility, interviews, and market-building content.
