The long-sleeved, high-neck piece left little room for imagination and was paired with sheer tights and sky-high heels sharp enough to make anyone nervous.
Lovato, 32, added a plush sage-green faux fur draped over her arms for some warmth — or maybe modesty — as she made her way through a crowd of flashing cameras. Her dark hair was parted to the side, and her makeup stayed minimal, though it didn’t exactly distract from the daring outfit.
