Klutch Sports Group President Of Football Operations Nicole Lynn Has Secured Over $375M In Extensions Since The 2025 NFL Season Ended – AfroTech
Sports agent Nicole Lynn continues to put athletes in a position to win.
Lynn is a force in the sports business. She first worked on Wall Street as a financial adviser for athletes. However, she learned that an agent had greater responsibility for the daily lives of athletes, and she had a strong desire to help players build sustainable futures. This led her to attend law school at the University of Oklahoma and graduate in under three years. From there she increased her knowledge further by working at the NFL Players Association in Washington, DC, for eight months, according to BET.
“The NFL Players Association is the union that basically represents the players. So I did that before I got certified,” she told the outlet in 2019. “I really wanted to learn about benefits, life after football, and so forth. I wanted to find a way, before I became an agent, to separate myself from the agents. While I was there, I took the agent exam and got certified. I ended up getting hired, at the time, at what was the Players Rep Sports agency.”
The agency represented nearly 60 players at the time. Lynn was 26 years old when she signed her first client, as AFROTECH™ previously reported. In 2019, she made history as the first Black woman agent representing a first-round NFL draft pick (Quinnen Williams).

- Myles Garrett
- Breece Hall
- Ed Ingram
- Bijan Robinson
In 2021, Lynn was promoted to president of football operations at Klutch Sports Group, which Rich Paul founded. Lynn acknowledged both Paul and Damarius Bilbo, who served as head of football operations, in her statement showing gratitude.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Klutch Sports, an agency that has revolutionized the representation space. Rich and Damarius understand the unique needs of the modern athlete, and I look forward to driving the continued growth of Klutch’s football business,” Nicole Lynn said at the time, per Klutch Sports’ Instagram.
Lynn is still positioning athletes for success. Most recently, she secured a three-year contract extension for Robinson, who plays for the Atlanta Falcons, valued at $75 million, according to TheGrio. The deal was the most for a running back in NFL history until it was surpassed just a few days later by Lions star Jahmyr Gibbs ($75.75 million), the outlet noted.
