Married Couple In Tulsa Expands Wireless Company With A Give-Back Model For Education Nonprofits And More – AfroTech

This Oklahoma couple is behind Love Mobile, The Cellphone Company That Gives Back®.

Koddi Dunn and Wade Dunn Jr. have joined forces in business, bringing experience in their respective fields. Koddi has worked across the marketing, media, telecommunications, and nonprofit sectors and has assisted companies such as Meta, Greenwood, Coinbase, and Google through both contract and direct-hire engagements, according to her LinkedIn profile. Wade is a business and workforce strategy architect who has worked with Fortune 500 companies, innovation teams, and founders across technology, telecom, and workforce development over the past decade, notes his LinkedIn.

The couple shares a mission to blend connectivity with philanthropy. In 2024, Koddi (CEO) and Wade (COO) founded Love Mobile®, a mobile network operator that invests a portion of its customers’ monthly bills into social causes like “education, stronger neighborhoods, cleaner environments, and care for the ones without a voice,” according to the company’s website.

In 2025, they launched a beta service on a single network, the same year the duo participated in the third cohort of i2E’s Bridge2 Pre-Accelerator at Gradient, an innovation hub in Tulsa, OK. The program is designed to support scalable, tech-driven early-stage startups by providing founders with structured coursework, mentorship, and the resources needed to position their companies for future investment and growth, according to the organization’s website.

Love Mobile® has now expanded across all three major U.S. carrier networks, offering international calling and roaming, according to a press release shared by The Associated Press. This also empowers its philanthropic efforts through its Give Back Model™, which directs a portion of payments from its monthly subscribers to nonprofits targeting education, the environment, community and humanitarian causes, and animal welfare.

“Love conquers all…,” said Koddi in the news release. “When a company is built around that principle, something shifts. Customers are not asked to choose between the service they need and the impact they want to create. The two become the same choice.”

Wade added:

“We didn’t start a company and then decide to give back. We decided to give back, so we started a company.”
